  1. The smaller plate idea helped us a lot.

    And I would have to disagree with the only 3 meals a day idea, at least personally for me. I switched from eating 3 meals to eating something small every 2 hours or so. I know now I eat way less, and I don’t ever feel hungry. But that’s just me.

    1. This morning I found it a struggle to go between breakfast and lunch without a snack. Because of this, I was a little lethargic. I think I might have to figure this out a little more and see what I can do to get things back in balance. I feel good, but I didn’t have as much pep as I should have this morning.
