Truman suggested I start getting more creative with my photography and videography. He suggested I use a jaunty angle while I photograph him from a flattering position.
He’s A Feline.
Caturday.
Truman has been joining me out on the garage roof while thunderstorms play around the mountains just to the east of our home. He purrs like crazy while he’s out there with me and usually just sits along side, watching birds and other activity around the house. Once in a while the lightning flashes will catch his eye and we’ll be watching lightning together. He flicks an ear if the thunder is particularly loud.
It wouldn’t be good to let him out and about on our nearly three acres of land. However, having him join me out on the roof, whether it’s watching thunderstorms or admiring the night sky before bed, seems to warrant a high number and volume of purrs. His contentment is charming.
Caturday.
Truman was not pleased last night as the hoomans decided that he needed a bath and then carried out this evil plan. The whole affair took less than 10 minutes but apparently that was too much time away from the possibility of kibble.
Caturday.
Truman has decided to start hanging out with the rest of the family this week, usually stationing himself on the bar stools between the kitchen and the family room. He’s been quite attentive to the activity surrounding him and seems to be quite comfortable in this location.
He took a moment to pose for me when he saw me waving my iPhone around. He’s tolerant like that.
Caturday.
Truman stops for a casual pose while waiting for someone to either give him a treat or spur on his automatic feeder. I’ve been encouraging him to eat less, as he’s quite the big boy, but he does enjoy the kibble. Don’t we all.
Caturday.
I bought Truman some new scratching pads so he can scratch to his delight wherever he goes. He seems unimpressed.
Caturday.
Truman likes to keep tabs on me while I’m working on video or looking at weather models and reports.
