Chris was playing some music in the kitchen over the weekend and this song started playing. It immediately caught my attention because while it sounds new, it also has a retro vibe to it. The way they do the key change and the actual modulation kind of throws my Music Theory training off a little bit, but it adds character to the entire song.
I’m enjoying their entire album, which apparently was just released last month.
